Orthognathic surgery with genioplasty, rhinoplasty and facial bone sculpture may be the three most powerful procedures to improve the facial aesthetics. Some other facial cosmetic procedures can be performed in the same session without problems in order to augment the cosmetic result such as blepharoplasty and facial implants. Major changes to the faces and the possible need for a new photo on their identification cards should be mentioned to the patients before surgery when combining these procedures are contemplated. This presentation aims to demonstrate some patients with dentofacial deformity who either received orthognathic surgery alone or combined other facial cosmetic procedures to achieve favorable results.
