Abstract：

Occlusion management is the field dental professionals get involved with in their daily practice, however, the implication of the occlusal plane to facial aesthetics is seldom mentioned. This presentation will discuss the mechanism of occlusal plane alteration, indications and how the facial aesthetics will be greatly improved by rotation of maxillomandibular complex. Many clinical cases will be shown in this presentation as well.
