Abstract：
There has been a dramatic improvement in aesthetic maxillofacial surgery in terms of safety, treatment efficiency and cosmetic results. This improvement is a result of appropriate planning, combination surgeries and efficient surgical and anesthetic team approach. In this presentation, we will focus on aesthetic evaluation of the face and how to achieve the best result in an efficient way. Orthognathics, facial bone contouring, rhinoplasty, forehead and rejuvenating procedures are regular combinations to enhance the facial beauty. All of the cases presented were performed under office-based settings. Maxillofacial surgery is still the most powerful tool to improve facial aesthetics in an era of rapid growing minimum-invasive surgery. The value and importance of the aesthetic maxillofacial surgery will be reinforced in this presentation.
