謝明吉醫師經過了多年一般顎顏面外科的執業，其中包括頭頸腫瘤外科、顏面骨折創傷重建、大唾液腺手術、顎顏面感染、顳顎關節手術等泛顎顏面外科手術，在零四年決定將自己的執業領域專注在正顎手術、顏面骨雕塑手術及睡眠外科手術。謝醫師相信唯有透過專注、將執業範圍縮小、積極參與相關國際會議及不吝於學術上的分享，才能不斷的在此領域精進，提供患者最適當且先進的醫療品質與服務。
